Huh, totally hear it now - shades of Dolly and Stevie.
I thought this was Dolly Parton when I first heard it. Others say Stevie Nicks or Patty Griffin. Hearing three different great singers is saying something.

The voice is an acquired taste.. but I think I can acquire it, particularly with this sound

I came here to see if it was Patty Griffin.
Doesn't sound like her usual stuff, but she's never necessarily stayed in her lane. Definitely sounds like her voice.
