The background music reminds me of another song that I can't remember at this time. Completely threw me off. I know this is bad to do but the verse "The rain is falling ..." is about all I can remember.

"Remember me with purple shoes and turquoise pantyhose"? That's a memorable and eye-catching outfit, right enough. Unlike this unmemorable and non-ear-catching ditty. The land of nod beckons...

There's an "oh-oh" sound, either voice or synthesizer, in the background that just kind of rubs me the wrong way, but I still gave it a 6.
