I love Radio Paradise. Bill has impeccable taste.
BUT I WISH RP WAS A NO STONES ZONE.

Yeah, I love that Louvre in Paris, except all that French Impressionism shit.

Very well stated!

I never read or heard any of them claim that they "NEVER wore matching outfits", but by the time they played on Ed Sullivan (late 1964), they had abandoned them.

I've heard both Keith and Bill say it in interviews.
Not sure about Mick or Charlie.

It's interesting how important it is to the surviving Stones to be remembered as "the bad boys".
They swear up and down that they NEVER wore matching outfits like they Beatles; they were far too cool for that!
Photographic evidence to the contrary; damn!

I hope Andrew Loog Oldham had a high dry cleaning budget for the boys back in the day, because I bet those jackets reeked of smoke & sweat after a show!

 That's because it's universal mate.

Nice song, but this cut is NOT on the "Out Of Our Heads" album US version pictured above.

It was on the UK version (pictured below):

Just checked my Australian vinyl album and my cover is the same as shown on RP above and the track "Heart of stone" is not included.
It says that it was made in Australia for the Decca record company London, by E.M.I. Australia

Great memories of my oldest brother are brought to mind with this LP. RIP bro.

Cheers MrFixit! You embellished a Stones Blast in just the right way!
Had it on a 1/4" 7ips tape for years.  Played it until the mylar rotted!  One of their very best!  Played this right after Linda Coberly (FBI Fingerprint Technician; gf ca. 1965) departed the scene much to my amazement.  What, a 19-something guy can't have TWO girlfriends AND a motorcycle at the same time??
After the preceding mix you throw in this Stones classic ... damn I love RP.

I still have my '65 issue of this album... and another re-issue vinyl copy I bought to put on, er, tape.

The first album that I ever bought. Not a bad way to start out.
Going back a few years. Still sounds great!
Look at that youthful Keith Richards!

SIMPLE AND 10!

Despite other factors - without Mick's voice the STONES had not been possible as world-class band! No way!

A band, many of which the members gave two years max—-now at Fifty Years. I saw them in '67 and '07 and many times in between, R&R and I liked it!.

I haven't heard this one in ages, probably 1965.
Classic!  I haven't heard this tune in a while.
