I'm getting there - a fine lullaby, but one to play at bedtime, not at work. Dopamine rising, narcolepsy approaching, I can feel my eyelids getting heavy... {#Sleep}

This is pleasant.

{#Shhh}  I'm sleeping.

Still waiting for something to happen in this song. Wake me then....
Love! Perfect for a chilly gray day.
Sorry, but no. Wimpy and meaningless. And worse, no soul. Next!

Wake me up when it's over.
Damn! Just caught the end. Sounded really nice though.
At the first notes for the song I thought it was David Gilmour, wonder if there is any influence there.  Nice song either way.

I don't like to give 10's away, especially for newer artiest... but I just love Iron and Wine.

PLEASE play more Iron & Wine!  Woman King EP!!!

I've seen them live twice.  The first time was on their tour with Calexico when they finished the show with a combined set of songs from their album.  The second time I was in the 5th row.  Awesome.

My wife walked down the aisle to their (his?) version of "Such Great Heights"

I saw them in Baltimore last week and was literally standing at the edge of the stage, all of 10 feet from Sam Beam himself.  What an amazing concert.

Too cute for me.
What an awesome album.
The new album is GREAT!
This is one of those days that RP is like a glass of warm milk before bed time....yawn....
this album is an angst-drainer. i'm alright with this. quite alright.
This whole set of music is excellent. Bill is the king of good seques from one song to the next. Elliot Smith into Iron & Wine...excellent choice!

Did you just call my girlfriend a fattie?

Heh. I can't put you in a box man. I spot you one place dissing long hairs, in another lusting after Ani hairy pits and all, and now you're smoking pot with your girlfriend.

I started with The Creek Drank the Cradle. Pretty sweet and low-key.
Iron & Wine-low key. I refuse to believe it.

Prozac inspired?
Lol! Yea, to get the "vocal effect" Samuel Beam must be taking some sort of benzodiazapine, hydromorphone, lithium or combo thereof. Still, dig the subtly pyschedelic folk sound.
Music for the lobotomy ward.
Brilliant and heartbreaking.
This stuff is high maintenance...
ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!!! not.
just turned off the sound
Prozac inspired?
one of my favorite iron & wine songs. perfect for a fall day like today.
makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. and leaves me wanting a glass of wine!
Sounds a bit like James Iha from the smashing pumpkins... reminds me of "Goodnight.." on the melancholy album...
beautiful beautiful
Thanks for putting good music to put me to sleep (it's 11:00PM, my time)

That's also Iron and Wine. The cover you're referring to, Such Great Heights, is on the Garden State Soundtrack.

Pretty BORING.
I can see how you would think so especially if you dont like the singer/songwriter types. I may just be in the right mood.
Soporific in a good way.
Pretty BORING.
Pretty. EDIT: Yes this is nice, I like the light crescendo in the guitar and vocals. Nice.
