Try to use a little imagination.  Imagine what it might be like to be subject to a battery of derogatory names based purely on your sex/gender.  As a man, it's an entlrely unknown issue.  If I were a woman and daily haad to endure being called a "bitch" or a "whore" or worse, I might think of removing the power of the term by owning it myself.  Like some black people have with the "N" word.

Take it easy fellas....the Trio obviously has a poke-the-bear sense of humor --- I seriously doubt they were forced to use that name against their will.  Don't be weak woke and whiney; clearly the band is not.  They're just having fun.

you probably aren't a woman then. in my personal woman opinion, the term "bitch" permeates every interaction i have with other people. it's become a normal thing for people to consider others as. if i am unenthusiastic, i'm a bitch, if i'm too enthusiastic i'm a condescending bitch, if i won't have sex with someone, i'm a stuck up bitch, if i will, i'm a cheap bitch, if i disagree, i'm a bitch, etcetera etcetera etcetera. there is literally no winning. so, while i've gotten to the happy place of smacking men who call me a bitch today, i will never look down on a woman for calling herself a bitch before anyone else gets the chance to. it's a pathetic sort of win for autonomy's sake, but it's still a small win i wouldn't deny any woman.
Be well Ladies.
We've got your back.

Back in 80s London, gay boys started wearing skinny denims, white T-shirts, DMs & shaving their heads - used to be the 'uniform' of the NF - a homophobic, racist, facist group! Things changed pretty quickly ...
at first listening: quite likeable

Wow, a chance to post a first comment. I thought this sounded like Lola Young. Good song!
