i love this song, the whole album, of course.

i remember when younger thinking this was a sad song. but it really, isn't. it's an "i've moved on (even if it wasn't originally his choice)" song. i really dig that it isn't.

I've been listening to this song for 40 years and never noticed who the backup singers were. Now that I've read this comment it is so clear to me and I can easily identify their voices. I'm amazed that I never noticed this before!

In my first year of university my room-mate had finished his exams early and had moved out. He owned a bitchin' sound system and was the only person in our University residence with a CD player. When he moved out he left me alone with a tape cassette player and this tape. Any song from this album reminds me of studying for finals in my 1st year of university
