If you wish to participate, go slowly and ask questions, but never assume that something you don't understand has anything to do with you.

Husband has gotten 2 pairs of prescription shoes, and the office that fitted the shoes filed all the paperwork with Medicare.  We didn't have to pay anything.

Make sure that you make copies of everything before sending.  Odds are there will need to be resubmissions.
Its just the way of the durable goods side.  They are complete F'ing idiots.
