You could keep them back a year...which will only ensure they drop out at higher rates.

Drop-outs are 4 times more likely to have negative outcomes than everyone else (arrests, drug use, government dependency, poor health....)

Either the school board members get replaced soon....or the policy in Lawrence county is going to get itself canceled.

At a job.... you get fired.  If you don't want to go to school, Lawrence County is going to reward you for not showing up.
