Radio Paradise

I used to listen to the NatLamp Radio Hour Half Hour religiously on Houston station KLOL. And then there was âHeadphones Onlyâ where at 10 or 11p theyâd play an album all the way through, and Iâd lay there on the carpet with my headphones and the black light on. Sometimes I despair that our kids wonât know that kind of radio where anything goes and it all went towards opening your perspective instead of creating anxiety.

Yup. I bought Radio Dinner when I was probably around 17. Only my older friends would listen to it with me though lol. Those hooligans I hung around with in those days weren't so interested. Great memory.
