I'm seeing the same error on Main Mix. Downloads used to work (at least on a rudimentary level) on the same phone with same app version.

Similar problems others have noted starting around 7:30-ish pm Eastern time. Song scroll in left column is stuck in time. The artist/song actually playing is not reflected at the bottom of the window, which just constantly reads, "Listener-supported; Commercial-free." Small sets of songs were looping in the Main Mix.

Still having a problem on Sonos S1 where it plays only 10 or so songs on whatever stream I select. This is the My Paradise (Favorites) stream. After 10 or so songs, it stops playing. When I hit Play again, it starts the same 10 or so songs over again and shows different times for the replayed songs. This must be Sonos' way of telling me to upgrade.

Today I have been trying to download on the IOS App (9.04). After downloading on the Main, Mellow and Globalized Mix, I received an error when I attempted to play the download. The error was "Failed to start local playback. Please try again". Multiply attempts to try again and redownloads keep producing the error (4/26/26 - 4:15pm EST). Switched to my faves and it worked for a while, but stopped again. Does anyone at RP care about this problem? So many of us have been having problems for weeks now, posting about it here, it's frustrating to not even hear "We're working on it..."

Starting around 11:00 AM PST on 2/26/2026, ALL music feeds have been broken except for the Rock Mix and Radio 2050.
All feeds fail to load metadata for new songs and keep playing old songs on repeat. One station is playing audio that's badly broken (skipping, dropping out). The skip function doesn't do anything.

Couple of things. I use my iPad sat in a stand, Landscape style because the place for the power lead is at the bottom on one of the shorter edges. The Radio Paradise app is made for Portrait use only and this shows up in a couple of ways.
The channel you're listening to, for example the words 'The Main Mix', is over the top of the album cover in Landscape mode.
In Portrait mode it is above the album cover.
Secondly, when voting for a track, the lowest you can go in Landscape mode is 3 as 2 and 1 are out of the screen and the list cannot be scrolled up. To give a track a 2 or a 1 (admittedly very rare) I have to take the iPad out of it's stand, turn it to Portrait and then vote.
The app still shuts down completely every hour or so.

Apropos to streams stopping, I don't know if it is relevant at all, but another website I frequent was all but brought to its knees by thousands of AI bots scraping data. Basically a denial of service attack in the name of stealing data. Sleezy as fuck

I'm experiencing issues with the Alexa skill for a couple of weeks. It happens mostly to the main mix. Often, the feed is stuck and plays the same song again and again. Skipping doesn't help. When I switch to RockIt, it generally works. Anyone else seeing this?
