Nope. The tab just shows a portion of the same meaningless information that's in the URL. However, if I right-click on the image and select Inspect, THEN I can see the icon name.
Cool. I figured there had to be more than one way to find the pic name on the PC. I'm guessing I see the pic name on the tab because of the browser I use.

I already know about right clicking on images - it didn't bring up anything that contained anything meaningful in the URL.
I couldn't figure out what at least a third of them were supposed to be (the image trick doesn't work on a desktop), but I still got with only one check.

It's a little trickier on the PC. You have to right-click on the image in the centre, and then Open Image In New Tab. After that, look at the top and you'll see (icon image).WEBP (icon image) being the name of the icon. At least, that's one way to find the name of the pic on a PC.
The key I found out is to touch a pic to put it in the center (I'm on a phone, not a PC) and then touch that pic for at least a second and it will give you the name of the pic.
